Proper Care & Maintenance for your Durotherm Cook & Serveware

Care and Maintenance of your Durotherm Cook & Serveware is important. Under normal use you will get years of enjoyment and superior cooking results from your Durotherm Cook & Serveware.

Regular Maintenance

Clean your cookware regularly after each use and periodically use Kuhn Rikon's Stainless Steel polish to clean minor impurities and maintain the finish.

How to Check Dropped or Otherwise Damaged Cookware for Integrity

Your Durotherm cookware requires an enclosed wall of heated air for superior cooking and to keep your foods hot for serving. If the walls of your cooker are not airtight, your cookware will not function properly and further damage may occur when heated.

If a pot is dropped, dented or otherwise stressed beyond normal use, the airtight seal can be compromised. Should you suspect that your cookware may have been damaged, the following video and PDF document provide simple instructions for checking the integrity of your cookware.
